Resources Code, � 21000 et seq.) in response to an application submitted by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) for the Pacific Gas & Electric Company Rio Dell Feeder 352395524 Project (Project). The MND was prepared in compliance with the requirements of CEQA, the CEQA Guidelines (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 14, � 15000 et seq.), and CSLC regulations (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, � 2901 et seq.). Project Title: Pacific Gas & Electric Company Rio Dell Feeder 352395524 Project Project Location: The Project site is to the north and south of, and underneath, the Eel River in the City of Rio Dell in Humboldt County, California. Project Description: PG&E proposes to install two 20-inch-diameter conduit casings, each being 1,400 linear feet in length, using Horizontal Directional Drilling technique under the Eel River, in the City of Rio Dell. One conduit will carry PG&E's electric line and connect to the existing distribution lines and the existing Rio Dell Substation. The second conduit will remain empty but be available for a future distribution line.
