NOTICE OF CITY OF SAN LEANDRO 30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR THE DRAFT 2026-2027 CDBG ANNUAL ACTION PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of San Leandro (City) has prepared the draft 2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan (AAP) and is soliciting public comments. The draft AAP is available for public review and comment from April 4 - May 4, 2026 at City Hall and the City's Housing Division website (https://www.sanleandro.org/housing). The AAP provides a concise summary of the actions, activities, and the specific federal and non-federal resources that will be used each year to address the priority needs and specific goals identified in the Consolidated Plan. The City anticipates receiving approximately $765,000 in CDBG funds for FY 26-27, proposed to be allocated toward public services, housing, and program administration.
