SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 1367 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SIMI VALLEY AMENDING SECTION 4-3.22 OF CHAPTER 3 OF TITLE 4 OF THE SIMI VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE, BICYCLES ON SIDEWALKS AND SIDEPATHS This Ordinance was duly introduced for first reading at the City Council meeting of February 23, 2026, and will be presented for a second reading at the meeting of March 9, 2026. The provisions of the Ordinance are to amend Section 4-3.22 of Chapter 3 of Title 4 of the Simi Valley Municipal Code, Bicycles on Sidewalks and Sidepaths. This Ordinance shall go into full force and effect at 12:01 a.m. on the thirty-first (31st) day after its passage. Copies of this Ordinance are available through the City Clerk's office for examination and purchase by the general public.
