NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CALIFORNIA COASTAL COMMISSION will hold a hybrid public hearing starting at 9:00 am, Wednesday, March 11, 2026 The Coastal Commission meeting will be a hybrid meeting occurring both inperson and virtually through video and teleconference. Please see the Coastal Commission’s Virtual Hearing Procedures posted on the Coastal Commission’s webpage at www.coastal.ca.gov/mtgcurr.html for details on the procedures of this hearing. If you would like to receive a paper copy of the Coastal Commission’s Virtual Hearing Procedures, please call 415-904-5202. The inperson hearing will be held at the County of Ventura Government Center, located at 800 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura, CA, 93009. The public hearing will act on the following items of local interest: Item W11c: City of San Buenaventura Local Coastal Program Amendment No. LCP-4-SBV-25-0043-1 (Short Term Vacation Rentals). Public hearing and action on City of San Buenaventura’s request to amend the Implementation Plan/Coastal Zoning Ordinance (IP/CZO) portion of the certified Local Coastal Program to add new provisions to address short term vacation rentals (STVRs) and homestays.
