Ventura Advanced Water Purification Facility ? 60% PCL Construction, Inc. is soliciting Certified DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/LBE/DVBE/OBE/ Subs & Suppliers to bid the Ventura Advanced Water Purification Facility 60% Project in Ventura, CA for the City of Ventura. Project Description: New facility on greenfield site. New site grading, paving, import fill to raise site above flood plain, flatwork and landscape improvements. Construction of three new buildings to house admin/ctrl/lab rooms, a process area, maintenance shop, Two chemical storage areas, and a Main Elec room. 4 pumpstations to and from new RO and UV treatment processes. Backup power generation. Offsite conveyance piping within and across harbor boulevard.
