PROJECT PROPOSAL: Applicant, Kristopher Laratta (Architect), is requesting a Zoning Administrator Permit for a new Beer and Wine Garden at 423 1/2 First Street Woodland Beer and Wine Garden, on behalf of property owner Jeff Morgan. The project includes improvements to the existing barn footprint, an outdoor lounge and gathering area, food truck parking, an ADA compliant bathroom addition, and a new trash enclosure.
