NOTICE OF PETITION TO DETERMINE SUCCESSION TO REAL PROPERTY AND TO CONFIRM PROPERTY BELONGING TO SURVIVING SPOUSE ESTATE OF MICHAEL CLEMENT NAYLOR Case No. 26PR168683 To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons who may otherwise be interested in the will or estate, or both, of MICHAEL CLEMENT NAYLOR. A PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF PROPERTY PASSING TO SURVIVING SPOUSE has been filed by HILARY NAYLOR in the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda. THE PETITION requests that the decedent's property be determined as having passed to the surviving spouse without administration. THE HEARING on the petition will be held on March 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM in Dept. 201 located at 2120 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Berkeley, CA 94704.
