NOTICE OF COUNTER PETITION TO ADMINISTER ESTATE OF: CYNTHIA MARIA LEE CASE NO. PROVA2500949 To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons who may otherwise be interested in the WILL or estate, or both of CYNTHIA MARIA LEE. A COUNTER PETITION FOR PROBATE has been filed by DEIDRA ADRIENNE HUBBARD in the Superior Court of California, County of SAN BERNARDINO. THE COUNTER PETITION FOR PROBATE requests that DEIDRA ADRIENNE HUBBARD be appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent.
