CORTEZ SABADO, HAS REQUESTED REGISTRATION OF A FOREIGN ORDER OF GUARDIANSHIP, TO WHICH YOU WERE INTERESTED PARTIES. THE COURT MAY GRANT THE REGISTRATION SOUGHT BY THE PETITIONER WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO YOU.
If you have an objection to this Registration of Foreign Order of Guardianship soughtby the Petitioners, you are notified that:
1. A registered determination is enforceable as of the date of the registration in the same manner as a determination issued by a court of this state;
2. A hearing to contest the validity of the registered order must be requested within twenty-one (21) days after service of this notice on you;
3. Your failure to contest the registration will result in confirmation of the Order appointing Jethro Y. Sabado and Vanessa E. Cortez Sabado as guardians of the minor children and preclude further contest of that determination with respect to any matter that could have been asserted.
