To Defendants RAYMOND JOHN BALDONADO JR., an individual doing business as FATELL and FATELL MUSIC GROUP, and FRENZEE BROADCASTING, a California Corporation: A civil lawsuit has been filed against you by Plaintiff ASAF FULKS in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Eastern Division. The Complaint asserts eight causes of action, including copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. section 501, breach of oral contract, fraud and intentional misrepresentation, unjust enrichment, unfair business practices under California Business and Professions Code section 17200, breach of fiduciary duty, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, and accounting.
