NOTICE OF JUDICIAL FORFEITURE PURSUANT TO HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTION 11488.4 You are hereby noticed that: The District Attorney of Stanislaus County has initiated proceedings to forfeit the property described below pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 11470 and 11488, et seq. That on February 20, 2026, a Petition for Forfeiture was filed in the Stanislaus County Superior Court on property seized pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 11488.5, et seq, and described as follows: United States Currency in the amount of $4,024.00. On November 5, 2025, at 1113 South Avenue in Turlock, CA, officers of the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department seized property for forfeiture. The property was seized pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 11470(f) as it is related to a violation of Sections 11359(b) of the California Health and Safety Code. You are instructed that, if you desire to contest the forfeiture of the property, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 11488.5, you must file a verified claim stating your interest in the property.
