CASE NO. 26 MISC 000058 (MDV)Brianna Jasmin Aguilar v.Town and Country Credit CorporationTO: any former stockholders, officers, creditors and any other persons claiming any interest in Town and Country Credit Corporation, a defunct Delaware corporation with a former principal place of business in Orange, California, or their heirs, devisees, legal representatives, successors or assigns: The Plaintiff(s) has/have filed a Complaint with the Land Court in which you are named as an interested party. This Complaint may be examined at said Court or online at www.masscourts.org. The Complaint concerns a certain parcel of land in Wakefield, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, being known as and numbered 1 Millbrook Lane, Unit 111. Plaintiff alleges that title to said Property is clouded by a missing mortgage assignment from a defunct foreign corporation. Plaintiff seeks a judgment equitably assigning and discharging the mortgage given by Thomas K. Harvey to Town and Country Credit Corporation in the amount of $160,000.00 recorded on January 28, 2004 with the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds in Book 41881, Page 238, declaring Plaintiff holds title to the Property free and clear of any claims of the defendant(s), and for such other relief deemed just. If you intend to make any defense, you are required to file an answer with the Land Court on or before the return day, April 13, 2026, and serve a copy upon the plaintiff's attorney, Edward S. Englander, Esq., of The Wagner Law Group whose address is One Financial Center, Suite 3610, Boston, MA 02111. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for relief demanded in the complaint.
