Published Citation Welfare and Institutions Code Sections 294 & 366.26 To Zoe Mash or anyone claiming to be the mother of baby boy, N.B., born June 29, 2025, at Adventist Health and Rideout Hospital in Marysville, California. A hearing will be held on June 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Sutter County Juvenile Court, Courtroom 2, located at 1175 Civic Center Boulevard, Yuba City, California 95993. At the hearing, the Court will consider the recommendation of the Sutter County Department of Health and Human Services. The Department will recommend that your child be freed from your legal custody, so that the child may be adopted. If the Court follows the recommendation, all of your parental rights to the child will be terminated. You have the right to be present at the hearing, to present evidence, and you have the right to be represented by an attorney. If you do not have an attorney and cannot afford to hire one, the Court will appoint an attorney for you. If the Court terminates your parental rights, the order may be final.
