Public Notice Ordinance No. 15 Parks and Recreation Regulations On February 18, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Cosumnes Community Services District adopted amendments to Ordinance No. 15, updating and restating the District's Parks and Recreation Regulations. The Ordinance establishes parks and recreation regulations for the Cosumnes Community Services District. The updates address facility use requirements, permits, fees, enforcement procedures, and public conduct standards to promote safety and protect public property. The Ordinance includes provisions regulating: facility reservations and closures; storage of personal property; camping restrictions; smoking and vaping; alcohol use; animals and dog parks; fishing; motor vehicles, parking, and bicycles (including electric bicycles); drones and aircraft; extreme sports parks; sports fields; commercial sales; sound amplification; and prohibited conduct.
