NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE TO ANY PUBLIC DISTRICT, PUBLIC AUTHORITY, PUBLIC AGENCY, PUBLIC CORPORATION OR ANY OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND TO NONPROFIT CHARITABLE PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATIONS. You are hereby notified in accordance with Education Code Section 17464, et seq., that the Paradise Unified School District ("District') Board of Trustees passed a resolution declaring certain District-owned property ("Property") as surplus and authorizing solicitation of offers to purchase said Property. The Property is the former site of the District's Horace Brakebill Elementary School consisting of approximately 4.6 acres located at 7881 Gypsum Street, Stirling City, California 95978, APN 059-060-018-000) The District hereby solicits offers for sale from all public districts, public authorities, public agencies and other political subdivisions or public corporations in the State of California and to other non-profit charitable or non-profit public benefit corporations pursuant to Education Code Section 17464, et seq.
