Health & Safety Code unless otherwise noted). 25-012: On October 1, 2025, Butte County Sheriff's Deputies seized $5,000.00 in U.S. Currency from 48 Shane Court, Berry Creek, CA, in connection with a controlled substance violation 11359(b). The seized property has a value of $5,000.00. 25-013: On October 11, 2025, Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force Detectives seized $7,838.00 in U.S. Currency from Canyon Drive and Almond Avenue, Oroville, CA, in connection with a controlled substance violation of 11351 & 11352(a). The seized property has a value of $7,838.00. 25-014: On October 16, 2025, Butte County Sheriff's Deputies seized $3,986.00 in U.S. Currency from 7425 Gene Lane, Palermo, CA, in connection with a controlled substance violation of 11359(b). The seized property has a value of $3,986.00. 25-015: On October 16, 2025, Butte County Sheriff's Deputies seized $24,967.00 from 112 Antler Drive, Oroville, CA, in connection with a controlled substance violation of 11359(b). The seized property has a value of $24,967.00. 25-016: On November 4, 2025, Butte County Sheriff's Deputies seized $10,124.00 from 42-2 Stuart Court, Oroville, CA, in connection with a controlled substance violation of 11378. The seized property has a value of $10,124.00. 25-017: On November 12, 2025, Butte County Sheriff's Deputies seized $7,130.00 from 703 Dunstone Drive, Oroville, CA, in connection with a controlled substance violation of 11359(b). The seized property has a value of $7,130.00. 25-018: On November 12, 2025, Butte County Sheriff's Deputies seized $2,790.00 from 909 Mission Olive Road, Oroville, CA, in connection with a controlled substance violation of 11359(b). The seized property has a value of $2,790.00. 25-019: On December 10, 2025, Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force Detectives seized $10,553.00 from 2280 Dr. Martin Luther King Parkway, Chico, CA. On December 12, 2025, Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force Detectives seized $39,458.54 in U.S. Currency from Banner Bank, pursuant to the search warrant served on or about December 9, 2025. Both seizures were in connection with a controlled substance violation of 11351. The seized property has a combined value of $50,011.54. 25-020: On December 22, 2025, Butte County Sheriff's Deputies seized $722.01 and $96.43 from Wells Fargo Bank, and $4,201.89 from Chase Bank, pursuant to the search warrants served on or about December 8, 2025. Both seizures were in connection with a controlled substance violation of 11359(b). The seized property has a combined value of $4,923.90. 26-001: On January 16, 2026, Butte County Sheriff's Deputies seized $110,000.00 from 1040 Grant Avenue, San Francisco, CA, pursuant to the search warrant served on January 16, 2026, in connection with a controlled substance violation of 11359(b). The seized property has a total value of $110,000.00. 26-002: On January 30, 2026, Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force Detectives seized $1,740.00 from Lincoln Street, in front of 2103 Lincoln Street, Oroville, CA in connection with a controlled substance violation of 11378. The seized property has a value of $1,740.00. Pursuant to Section 11488.4 et seq., procedures to forfeit the described property are under way.
