NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION / LIEN SALE
NOTICE HEREBY IS GIVEN that a mobilehome registered to LANSE WOOD, and described as a 1976 FLEETWOOD mobilehome, Decal Number AAD1043, Serial Number A0095 / B0095, Label/Insignia Number 003783 / 003784, and stored on property owned by Woodward Bluffs MHP LLC ("Woodward Bluffs MHP"), at 9360 N. Blackstone Avenue, Fresno, CA 93720, Fresno County (specifically, those goods located/stored at Space #239 within the park), will be sold by public auction at the Woodward Bluffs MHP on May 8, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. and such succeeding sale days as may be necessary, and the proceeds of the sale will be applied to the satisfaction of the lien, including the reasonable charges of notice, advertisement, and sale, as well as costs and attorney's fees pursuant to contract, statute, and/or law.
This sale is by public auction on a certified funds basis (money orders, cashier's or traveler's checks only). Must have money order(s), cashier's/traveler's check(s) made payable to Woodward Bluffs MHP LLC to participate/bid.
