ORDINANCE NO. 767 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUDAHY, CALIFORNIA, ADDING CHAPTER 2.60 (PRESERVING CITY PROPERTY FOR CITY PURPOSES) TO TITLE 2 (ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL) OF THE CUDAHY MUNICIPAL CODE Summary: Ordinance No. 767 adds a chapter to Cudahy's municipal code that prohibits using City property for federal civil immigration enforcement, except as required by warrant or court order.
