CITY OF DUNSMUIR NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of Dunsmuir will hold a public hearing during its regular meeting on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., to consider adoption of Ordinance 585. Ordinance 585 would amend Title 17 of the Dunsmuir Municipal Code, including Sections 17.16, 17.20, 17.24, 17.28, 17.32, 17.36, 17.40, 17.64, and Section 17.100.060, to: (1) Allow short-term rentals as permitted uses in all zoning districts that allow residential uses; and (2) Reduce parking requirements for short-term rentals in the Town Center (T-C) and Mixed Use 3 (MU-3) districts.
