Notice of Public Hearing THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA HEIGHTS TO CONSIDER RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7.28 OF THE LA HABRA HEIGHTS MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS AND JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of La Habra Heights will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Aril 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1245 N. Hacienda Road, La Habra Heights, CA 90631 to consider the following: The purpose of this public hearing is for the Planning Commission of the City of La Habra Heights, California, to consider recommending to the City Council a proposed Ordinance amending Chapter 7.28 of the La Habra Heights Municipal Code regarding accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units.
