NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE At a meeting on April 14, 2026, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore introduced by title only and waived further reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2016-1359 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2015-2 OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE (MAINTENANCE SERVICES) AUTHORIZING THE LEVY OF SPECIAL TAXES (ANNEXATION NO. 29). SUMMARYThe City Council is introducing an ordinance that would amend Ordinance 2016-1359 that would authorize and levy special taxes within the District which are subject to taxation pursuant to Section 53328 and 53340 of the Act at the rates and in accordance with Rate and Method.
