NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lemoore City Council will conduct a Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-04 for adoption at its Regular Meeting Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Lemoore Council Chamber located at 429 C Street: a request by Coker Ellsworth and Dan Pace to change the zoning from Very Low Density Residential (RVLD) to Low Density Residential (RLD) - Zoning Map Amendment No. 2026-01 . The Ordinance was introduced during a noticed Public Hearing on April 7, 2026 and the First Reading of the Ordinance was waived by majority vote. The project site is located between Vine Street and Champion Street, south of SR 198 in the City of Lemoore (APNs 023-150-003, 002, 041, 042). A Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. All upcoming regular and special City Council meetings will also be accessible online at www.Youtube.com/c/cityoflemoore .
