COUNTY OF YUBA SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE NO. 1647 The following is a summary of an ordinance adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Yuba on February 24, 2026. The ordinance adopts a development agreement between the County of Yuba and Walton California LLC, a California Limited Liability Company; Lendco LLC, a California Limited Liability Company; Patrick Laughlin, as Trustee of the Patrick Laughlin Trust dated March 9, 1999; Ranjit S. Khagura, Trustee of the R&S Khagura Family Trust dated February 17, 2022; and David W. Lanza, Trustee of the David W. Lanza Trust dated February 6, 1996 for a Development Agreement with the County of Yuba for a term of 15 years in exchange for community amenities and improvements. The project is located directly north of the intersection of River Oaks Blvd and Algodon Road in the community of Plumas Lake.
