The following Ordinance was introduced by the City Council of the City of Modesto at the meeting of April 7, 2026:
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING CHAPTER 7, "MECHANICAL CODE" OF TITLE 9, "BUILDING REGULATIONS" OF THE MODESTO MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE THE 2025 CALIFORNIA MECHANICAL CODE
