City of Monte Sereno Notice of Public Hearing The City of Monte Sereno City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 7:00pm for the purpose of considering adoption of Ordinance No. NS-250, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Monte Sereno Amending Title 10, Chapter 10.05 by Amending Section 10.05.010 (Zoning District Designations) and Adding Section 10.05.044 (Multi-Family Residential Overlay Zone) and Chapter 10.06 by Amending Section 10.06.140 (Accessory Dwelling Units; Junior Accessory Dwelling Units; Standards And Requirements) and Chapter 10.08 by Amending Section 10.08.040 (Site Development Permit Required) and by Amending Section 10.08.050 (Permit Process); and Chapter 10.11 (Amendments, Annexations and Enforcement) By adding Section 10.11.016 (Multi-Family Overlay District Amendment Process.
