Orinda Library Auditorium 26 Orinda Way Orinda, CA 94563 Members of the public may participate in this meeting in-person at the above location or view on Zoom or YouTube as follows: https://www.youtube.com/@cityoforinda9535/streams https://tinyurl.com/OrindaCityCouncil NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 7 pm, the City will hold a public meeting to consider: ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 26-03 Ordinance 26-03 An Ordinance Amending Title 17 of the Orinda Municipal Code (Zoning) and Adopting the Citywide Objective Design Standards for the Residential and Open Space Districts for Consistency with State Housing Law. The purpose of the objective design standards is to provide guidance, set design expectations, expedite processing, align with new laws streamlining review for residential projects, and maintain the architectural and landscape character of the community. All documents relating to the above item are available for public review by e-mailing the City Clerk at ssmith@cityoforinda.gov.
