NOTICE OF SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE - On April 21, 2026, the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors has introduced an ordinance, which will be the subject of a second reading and proposed adoption on May 5, 2026, that: Adds Chapter 4.128 to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code banning the sale and distribution of kratom and 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) products. The ordinance will be considered for adoption by the Board of Supervisors on May 5, 2026.
