CITY OF SAUSALITONOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL ADOPTINGZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENTS REGARDING JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sausalito City Council unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 04-2026 at the Regular City Council Meeting held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 420 Litho Street, Sausalito on application No. 2026-00029 adopting the following text amendments to Title 10 (Zoning) of the Sausalito Municipal Code: * Table 10.22-1 Land Uses Allowed in Residential Districts The newly adopted amendments are intended to bring the City’s zoning regulations into conformity with HCD guidance regarding permitted zoning districts for Junior Accessory Dwelling Units. The amendments described above are statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21080.17 and Section 15282(h) of the CEQA Guidelines.
