ORDINANCE NO. 4658 AN AMENDMENT TO THE VENTURA COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE DIVISION 1, CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE 4 CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM The Board of Supervisors of the County of Ventura ordains as follows: Section 1. Section 1347 of the Ventura County Ordinance Code, Division 1, Chapter 3. Article 4, Civil Service Systems, is hereby amended by the addition of the following exception to the classified service positions: Section 1347-199 Retirement Chief Technology Officer Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its adoption.
