CITY OF WILDOMARPUBLIC NOTICEPROPOSED ORDINANCE ADOPTION(S)NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the Wildomar City Council will consider adopting the following Ordinance(s) at a regular meeting on May 13, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in the City Council Chambers, 23873 Clinton Keith Road, Ste. 106, Wildomar, CA 92595. SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 263AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 249 TO ESTABLISH CONSTRUCTION COST INDEX ADJUSTMENTS TO THE WESTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION UNIFORM MITIGATION FEE (TUMF) PROGRAM Ordinance No. 263 amends the previous TUMF Ordinance No. 249 to add a section allowing for the fee schedule to be increased automatically by a Construction Cost Index each July 1st starting in 2027. This will allow the fees to keep up with inflation. Summaries are posted pursuant to California Government Code section 36933(c)(1).
