PUBLIC NOTICE Unclaimed Payments Mountains Recreation & Conservation Authority Per California Government Code 50050-50056 provides that unclaimed payments which remain in the custody of the Authority officers for three years become the property of the Authority. The following list of unclaimed payments have been in the possession of the Mountains Recreation & Conservation Authority for over three years. These payments are being maintained in the General Fund and if not claimed, will become the property of the Authority on May 31, 2026.
