1 Civic Center CircleBrea, Ca 92821Telephone (714)990-7243FAX (714)671-4484www.cityofbrea.gov PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that, the Finance Division of the City of Brea, County of Orange, State of California, declares that the following monetary sums have been held by the City of Brea and have remained unclaimed for a period of over three (3) years and will become the property of the City of Brea on the 1st day of June, 2026 a date not less than forty-five (45) days nor more than sixty-days (60) after the first publication of this Notice. Any interested party may, prior to the date designated above, file a claim with the City’s Finance Division which includes the claimant’s name, address, telephone number, Social Security Number or Federal Employer Identification Number, amount of claim and the grounds for which the claim is founded. The Unclaimed Money Claim Form can be obtained at City Hall from the City’s Finance Division at 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, CA 92821 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday or from the City’s website www.cityofbrea.gov.
