The parties believed to claim an interest, Joseph Johnson, Michael Brown and Lilia Rodriguez, have been given notice and the time specified for payment in the notice has expired. The undersigned is entitled to a warehouse lien against said mobilehome to satisfy the lien, storage and other related charged incurred including reasonable charges of notice, advertisement and sale.
