(7) The anticipated date of the bulk sale is 05/12/26 at the office of All Brokers Escrow Inc., 2918 W. Magnolia Blvd., #100 Burbank, CA 91505, Escrow No. 043892-ST, Escrow Officer: Stephanie Toth.
