NOTICE OF SEIZURE PURSUANT TO HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTIONS 11471/11488 AND NOTICE OF INTENDED FORFEITURE PURSUANT TO HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTION 11488.4 On 04/11/2025 at 1190 S. Main Street, Fort Bragg, California, the property described as $1,713.00 U.S. Currency was seized pursuant to Health & Safety Code section 11378. The currency has an apparent value of $1,713.00. (25-SF-0002) On 02/24/2025 at 100 E. Redwood Drive, Fort Bragg, California, the property described as $1,950.00 U.S. Currency was seized pursuant to Health & Safety Code section 11370.1. The currency has an apparent value of $1,950.00. (25-0003) The property was seized with respect to one or more alleged violations of Sections 11351, 11351.5, 11352, 11355, 11359, 11360, 11366.8, 11378, 11378.5, 11379, 11379.5, 11379.6, 11380, 11382, 11383 of the Health and Safety Code, or 182 of the Penal Code. You must serve an endorsed copy of your claim on the District Attorney of Mendocino County Attn: Asset Forfeiture Unit, Room G10, Courthouse, Ukiah, Ca. 95482, within thirty (30) days of the filing of the claim in the Superior Court. When communicating with the District Attorney on this matter always use the Control No.: 25-SF-0002, 25-SF-0003 The failure to timely file and serve a typed verified claim stating an interest in this property in the Superior Court will result in the property being declared or ordered forfeit to the State of California.
