Newspaper Posting for PROP 65 In accordance with the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, we inform you that MECS, Inc., 1778 Monsanto Way, Martinez, CA 94553 uses Crystalline Silica in the manufacture of its catalyst products. Small amounts respirable particles are released to the air. Crystalline silica is known to the state of California to cause cancer. This law includes reporting and warning requirements. This notice does not represent any change in business practices. MECS, Inc., has a comprehensive system in place to ensure our emissions meet or are lower than permitted limits. We have continually reduced emissions over the past several years and will continue to further reduce them in the future below our already low levels.
