PUBLIC NOTICECITY OF MISSION VIEJO UNCLAIMED FUNDS
Pursuant to Government Code 50050-50057, the City of Mission Viejo publishes below its list of unclaimed property that has been held by the City of Mission Viejo for at least three years. The funds listed below shall become the property of the City of Mission Viejo on June 22, 2026 unless by that date, a party of interest files an unclaimed funds form for refundable bonds and deposits, or an affidavit form for outstanding checks with the City of Mission Viejo, Administrative Services Department, 200 Civic Center, Mission Viejo, CA 92691. These funds may be released to the payee listed below, their heir, beneficiary, or duly appointed representative provided the required form has been completed with the necessary information and the claim has been approved.
