PUBLISHED NOTICE OF SEIZURE AND NON-JUDICIAL FORFEITURE On December 4, 2025, at 838 Pecos Avenue in Modesto, CA, officers of the Modesto Police Department seized property for forfeiture in connection with controlled substance violation(s), to wit, section 11378 of the California Health and Safety Code. The value of the property is $2,200.00, and is described as follows: United States Currency in the amount of $2,200.00 Pursuant to Section 11488.4(j) of the California Health and Safety Code, procedures to forfeit this property in non-judicial proceedings are under way. If you claim an interest to this property, you must, within 30 days of the last publication of this Notice of Seizure and Administrative Forfeiture, file a verified claim in the Superior Court Civil Clerk's Office, located at 801 – 10th Street, 4th Floor, Modesto, California, 95354. You also must provide a verified copy of the claim to the Stanislaus County District Attorney's Office, 832 - 12th Street, Suite 300, Modesto, California, 95354. The following numbers have been assigned to this case: District Attorney No. F25061; and Agency No. MP25027976. Use both numbers to identify the property in any correspondence with the District Attorney's Office.
