Public Notice LIST OF INDUSTRIAL USERS IN "SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE" Dated: April 9, 2026 The Oceanside City Code (29.149) requires that the City of Oceanside publish annually, in the largest daily newspaper located in Oceanside, a list of Industrial Users that were significantly violating applicable Pretreatment Standards or Requirements.
