NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE APPLICATION The Hydesville County Water District intends to file an application for federal assistance with the U.S Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Rural Utilities Service. The project includes replacement of sections of the main water line, to help with prevention of further disruption of water service to the Hydesville Water District customers.
