NOTICE OF PETITION TO ADMINISTER ESTATE OF Antonio Guajardo Rivas Case No. PRIN2600462 To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors and persons who may otherwise be interested in the will or estate, or both, of Antonio Guajardo Rivas A Petition for Probate has been filed by Jaqueline Rivas in the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside. The Petition for Probate requests that Jaqueline Rivasbe appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent. A hearing on the petition will be held in this court as follows: May 18, 2026, at 8:45 am in Superior Court of California, County of Riverside 3255 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way Palm Springs CA 92262 If you object to the granting of the petition, you should appear at the hearing and state your objections or file written objections with the court before the hearing. Your appearance may be in person or by your attorney.
