NOTICE OF PETITION TO ADMINISTER THE ESTATE OF MARCO ANTONIO CANTU CASE # 25PR-0229 To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons who may otherwise be interested in the will or estate, or both, of MARCO ANTONIO CANTU. a Petition for Probate has been filed by Vilma Cantu and Juan Cantu, co-petitioners, in the Superior Court of California, County of San Luis Obispo. The Petition requests that Co-Petitioners Vilma Cantu and Juan Cantu be appointed as co-personal representatives to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. The hearing will be held on May 26, 2026, at 9:01am, in Department 4 of the San Luis Obispo County Superior Court, located at 1050 Monterey Street, San Luis Obispo, CA. 93408.
