CITY OF ADELANTO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing for the following project will be held in the Adelanto Stadium at 12000 Stadium Way, Adelanto, California 92301, on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Planning Commission members, essential staff and public are allowed to be physically present and will be seated the recommended distance from each other. Conditional Use Permit Location and Development Plan 26-01 Proposal to subdivide and redistribute the existing lots and create 5 commercial shell buildings for future tenants, on a 18.49-acre site within the Mixed-Use (MU) Zone in the City of Adelanto PROJECT LOCATION: The proposed project site is located at the Northwest Corner of Adelanto Road and Air Expressway in the City of Adelanto. (APN: 0459-221-06, 0459-221-04, 0459-221-20) Environmental Determination- The project has been determined exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under the provisions of Section 15332 (Infill Development Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act.
