NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Alameda City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at or after 7:00 p.m. to consider: 1. Consider Adoption of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)/HOME Partnership Investment Program (HOME) Fiscal Year 2026-27 Annual Action Plan 2. Consider Adoption of Resolution Confirming the Park Street Business Improvement Area Assessment Report for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and Levying an Assessment on the Park Street Business Improvement Area with a Consumer Price Index Adjustment of 3.0 Percent for Fiscal Year 2026-27 3. Consider Adoption of Resolution Confirming the Webster Street Business Improvement Area Assessment Report for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and Levying an Assessment on the Webster Street Business Improvement Area with a Consumer Price Index Adjustment of 3.0 Percent for Fiscal Year 2026-27 4.
