NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ANAHEIM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT APPROVING AN INCREASE IN STATUTORY SCHOOL FEES IMPOSED ON NEW RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION PURSUANT TO EDUCATION CODE SECTION 17620 AND GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65995NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education (“Board”) of the Anaheim Elementary School District (“District”) at its Regular Meeting to be held on April 8, 2026 will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its report entitled, “School Facility Fee Justification Report for Residential, Commercial & Industrial Development Projects” (“Report”), and consider adopting a Resolution of the Board of the District to increase Statutory School Fees imposed on new residential and commercial/industrial construction pursuant to Education Code Section 17620 and Government Code Section 65995. The Report justifying such increases is on file at the District’s offices, located at 1001 S. East Street, Anaheim, CA 92805, California, and on the District’s website from March 27, 2026 through April 8, 2026.The Public Hearing of the District, to be held April 8, 2026 will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the District’s Board Room, located at 1001 S.
