NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Port San Luis Harbor District Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 6:00 PM, at the Coastal Gateway Building located at 3900 Avila Beach Drive, Avila Beach, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, the Board of Harbor Commissioners of Port San Luis Harbor District will convene a Public Hearing to review and enact a new Chapter 6 to the Code of Ordinances adopting informal bidding procedures pursuant to the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). All interested persons are encouraged to attend this meeting or submit written comments to the District prior to the meeting to: Port San Luis Harbor District P.O. Box 249 Avila Beach, CA 93424 Or by email to: admin@portsanluis.com On or after May 26, 2026, additional information (staff reports) may be obtained online at www.portsanluis.com or viewed at the public counter of the Harbor Office. A copy of the proposed changes will be available to the public at the front counter of the Harbor District Office, 3950 Avila Beach Drive, Avila Beach, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday beginning May 22 , 2026.
