CITY OF BREANOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE STATUS OF VACANCIES AND RECRUITMENT AND RENTENTION EFFORTS OF THE CITY OF BREA NOTICE is hereby given that the CITY OF BREA will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, or soon thereafter, in accordance with Government Code Section 3502.3 (AB 2561), regarding the status of vacancies and recruitment and retention efforts undertaken by the City. The purpose of the hearing will be: · * to share information and identify any necessary changes to policies, procedures, and recruitment activities that may hamper hiring;· * to receive a presentation, if requested, from the employee organization that represent certain City positions. FURTHER INFORMATION may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk or by calling (714) 990-7756. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES are invited to attend said hearing and express opinions on the matter outlined above. If you challenge this hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Office of the City Clerk at, or prior to, the public hearing.
