SAN MATEO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF INTENT TO PURCHASE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors has scheduled a hearing to consider the following: Consummation of the purchase of fee title interest of real property from The Lovotti Family Trust for the sum of $13,000,000. Subject property described as 1501-1521 Bayshore Highway, 1533-1545 Bayshore Highway, and 818-826 Mahler Road, in Burlingame, San Mateo County, California, with the improvements thereon, and identified as San Mateo County Assessor's Parcel Number 026-321-440. A complete and detailed legal description of said property is available for inspection in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. The hearing will be held as follows: DATE: May 5, 2026 TIME: 9:00 a.m. PLACE: Board of Supervisors Chambers 500 County Center, 1st Floor Redwood City, CA 94063 This meeting of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors will be held in Chambers and by teleconference pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e).
