Legal Notice Notification is hereby given that JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, Ohio 43240 has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (the "OCC") on or about April 24, 2026, as specified in 12 CFR Part 5, for permission to establish a domestic branch at the southeast corner of the intersection of Arroyo Seco Drive and South Bascom Avenue, Campbell, Santa Clara County, CA 95008.
