NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING CITY OF CLAYTON CONTINUANCE OF THE SILVER OAKS ESTATES PROJECT TO INCLUDE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (ENV-02-10); VESTING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP (9541)(MAP-01-10); DEVELOPMENT PLAN PERMIT (DP-01-10); AND TREE REMOVAL PERMIT (TRP-14-14); TO CONSTRUCT THIRTY TWO SINGLE FAMILY HOMES ON 13.96 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 5701 CLAYTON ROAD, CLAYTON, CA 94517. ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 118-020-028 AND 029. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Clayton, California, will hold a public hearing in Hoyer Hall, 6125 Clayton Rd. at its regularly scheduled meeting, March 10, 2026. The Planning Commission meeting begins at 7:00 P/M. PLEASE NOTE that these proceedings are continued from that public hearing which commenced February 10, 2026. The purpose of the hearing is to respond to clarifying questions posed by the Commission in consideration of requested approvals that include: 1) Adoption of Resolution No. 01-2025 Certifying the Environmental Impact Report (SCH#2024040225); 2) Adoption of a Statement of Overriding Considerations; 3) Adoption of a Mitigation Monitoring & Reporting Program (MMRP), implementing and monitoring all Mitigation Measures, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Guidelines; 4) a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the property; 5) Development plan review of landscape, site, and architectural plans; and 6) Tree removal permit. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Mitigation Monitoring & Reporting Program (MMRP), implementing and monitoring all Mitigation Measures, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Guidelines has been developed.
